Hillsborough county requires a specific sport such as Cheer and/or Football and concussion training/certification at minimum for any volunteer. In addition to the county/state requirements, The Brandon Broncos also require Heal Illness training/certifications. Hillsborough County now requires ALL COACHES to be CPR certified.

County courses are free courses and all topics above are provided.  The County's CPR course presented by Dr. Morris also serves as Volunteer, Concussion, and Heat training as well.

For those that are unable to attend the FREE County Courses in person and need the flexibility of online training we have provided some approved links below. The Heat and Concussion online certification trainings are free, Nays Volunteer training will cost a small fee. CPR certification courses range in price so we will not provide links here, however any course you choose must be recognized by the American Heart Association and cover use of an AED.  The content you will learn could help prevent serious injury or save a life!!  If you have any questions on the specific requirements related to coaching or volunteering please let us know.
